Grocery Program - Information and Sign Ups

Grocery Pick Up

Please note some further important changes to our grocery program in ACSD.  Moving forward, any family that would like to pick up groceries weekly from one of the ACSD schools must be signed up to do so.  This is required so we can have enough food available for those who are interested.  If you have not signed up already, please do so using the following form:

In a recent communication, we shared that you would also have to complete an application form for the HOPE food shelf.  This is no longer required.  If you have submitted an application to HOPE and received notification you are ineligible to receive groceries through the ACSD grocery program, please ignore this. We are no longer  working with HOPE to obtain groceries.  We appreciate their support in the first few weeks of this program, but will be utilizing other resources moving forward.  This means that any family with students in ACSD may utilize our grocery distribution program and there is no income verification or limitations.

Grocery staples for ACSD families will be available for pick-up at MUHS, Bridport, and Shoreham each Thursday. When picking up groceries, please remember to practice physical distancing by remaining 6 feet away from others.  We ask that you stay in your car and groceries will be brought to you and placed in your vehicle. Grocery pickups are available Thursdays at the following locations and times:

Bridport 3:00 pm- 4:00 pm (Bridport families)

MUHS 2:00 pm-3:30 pm  (for all Middlebury and Weybridge families)

Ripton (for Ripton, Hancock, Granville and Rochester families) - there will no longer be general pickup at Ripton. Delivery and specific pickups will be arranged with nurse Gina.

Salisbury - there will no longer be general pickup at Salisbury. Delivery and specific pickups will be arranged with nurse Gina.

Shoreham (for Shoreham and Cornwall families) - there will no longer be general pickup at Shoreham. Delivery and specific pickups will be arranged with nurse Eva.

If you have requested delivery due to transportation or other issues, the groceries will be delivered to you as previously arranged.  Please remember to complete the google form above to formally sign your family up for the ACSD grocery program if you have not already done so.  We appreciate your patience as our grocery distribution program has evolved and seen many changes since its inception. We are committed to providing groceries to our ACSD families as long as we are able to sustain this program.  If you have any questions please email the school nurse who is organizing the grocery program for your school/town:

Eva McDonough (Bridport, Shoreham, Cornwall)

Gina Ciancia Jackson (Salisbury, Ripton, Granville, Hancock, Rochester)

Kelly Landwehr (Mary Hogan, MUMS, MUHS, Weybridge)
