I received my BSN/RN in 2002.  Very shortly thereafter, I took advantage of the nursing shortage and traveled throughout the country working temporary contracts in various neonatal intensive care units.  Infants are my passion and the NICU was my home for many years.  Once in Vermont I practiced pediatric and maternal health in a variety of settings including home health and acute care.  Working in schools affords me yet another opportunity to expand my practice and understanding of children and their specific health needs.  When I am not working I love to bake and spend as much time in sunshine as I can!
