A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:
MY HOMETOWN: I was born in the little village of Bita-og Gaja in the town of New Lucena, Iloilo, Philippines.
MY EDUCATION: After graduating from Santa Barbara National Comprehensive High School, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Central Philippine University. In 2017, I completed my Master's degree in Teaching with Technology at Marlboro College Graduate and Professional Studies in Marlboro, Vermont.
MY CAREER: My first job was at TSKI, a non-profit organization as a Management Information Systems-Finance Assistant. After a couple of years working in the non-profit, I decided to work overseas in the state of Kuwait where I met my husband. We then moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where both of our girls were born. In 2016 we moved to the US to complete my master's degree. While in graduate school I worked at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital as a part-time lab assistant/phlebotomy technician and implemented my capstone project, Lyme Crush: A Gamification of Learning to raise Awareness, Education, and Prevention of Lyme Disease.
OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL: I enjoy gardening, sewing, and doing DIY projects with our girls.
MY FAVORITE SUBJECT IN SCHOOL WAS: SCIENCE!
