A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

MY HOMETOWN: My formative years were spent in Queens, NY though later we moved to Garden City on Long Island.

MY EDUCATION: I graduated with both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education from Alfred University in Alfred, NY. I went on to get an additional Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership.

MY CAREER:  My original goal was to be a high school English teacher however, I am over-the-moon happy that my journey led me to pursuits with younger children!

OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL:  My three favorite things are children, poetry and bicycles. I enjoy endurance cycling and participate in at least one, century ride (100 miles) a year. I love to be outside and enjoy every minute I am on my bike! Many people might be surprised to learn that I am a published poet. I have works that appear in a handful of contemporary anthologies.
