A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME! 

MY HOMETOWN: I grew up in Northern Virginia right outside of Washington D.C.

MY EDUCATION: I received my undergraduate degree at Radford and my Master’s Degree at George Mason University in Virginia.

MY CAREER:  I have taught grades Kindergarten through five and have loved every age group I have taught. One of my favorite things to do is travel with my students. I have explored Colonial Williamsburg, Washington D.C. and Shelburne Farms with student groups over the years.

OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL:  I have a lovely daughter and a funny dog, named Moose. I love all things “ski-related” (water and snow). I consider myself adventurous, however am terrified of heights! I recently worked on overcoming my fear by going up in a hot-air-balloon on a SPECTACULAR SUMMER MORNING!

MY FAVORITE SUBJECTS IN SCHOOL WERE: English Literature and History.
