Friends of Cornwall School (FOCS)

  • Friends of Cornwall School (FOCS) is a non-profit organization, based in Cornwall, VT, dedicated to supporting, at its discretion, select educational, co-curricular and extra-curricular initiatives that benefit the Anna Stowell Sunderland Bingham Memorial School and community.

  • There are many FOCS sponsored events in the course of the year.  Here are the dates for the larger FOCS events for the 2017-18 School Year.

     

    September 21 - Back to School Potluck - followed by a school Open House

    October 17 - Harvest Fest

    November 10 - Movie Night #1

    December 13 - Gifts for Giving

    March 5 - Town Meeting Supper

    March 16 - Movie Night #2

    May 14 - Grandfriends Luncheon

    We will also host a mid-winter FOCS and Cornwall School Community Supper at the Middlebury Congregational Church and a teacher appreciation lunch in April.  We end the year with an all out day, with the date and location to be determined closer to the end of the school year.


    In addition to these events, we host a number of after school activities, including: a book club, rock climbing team, archery, and more.
