    When a house has a poor foundation, over time it will begin to crumble and fall. This analogy is similar to a student's educational experience. As a child grows and learns they can develop gaps (cracks in their foundations) for a variety of reasons. These gaps left unattended will dilapidate and discourage children from striving for excellence and ultimately achieving success. The FAME program is designed to target such gaps in mathematics by building a conceptual understanding of vital math concepts needed for their success in math.
