A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

MY HOMETOWN:  I grew up on Lake Bomoseen in Castleton, Vermont.

MY EDUCATION: After graduating from Fairhaven Union High School, I attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, the University of Central Florida and the College of Saint Joseph as I worked on my specialized degree in Education.

MY CAREER: When I was young I spent time as a server at Fire and Ice Restaurant. I have taught English to middle school students at Christ the King School, Kindergarten, First and Second grades here at MHS. When I am not teaching I am coaching basketball and running.

OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL: I am the luckiest mom in the world, having two outstanding daughters, two crazy dogs named Maggie and Milo and the care and support of my terrific husband. I uniquely appreciate my average-size family, as I am the youngest of 8 siblings! I love to travel and have been all over the United States and Europe. One of my favorite places on Earth (so far) is the Outer Banks in NC. I am an active in Yoga, which allows me to keep in shape so I can enjoy the outdoors.

MY FAVORITE SUBJECT IN SCHOOL WAS:  (I loved-loved-loved) Reading and Writing.
