A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

MY HOMETOWN: I was born and grew up in Central Vermont. Most of my childhood was spent in Middlebury where I attended Mary Hogan School!

MY EDUCATION:  I attended Middlebury High school and graduated with the class of 2001 (GO TIGERS!). I went on to Southern New Hampshire University where I worked towards a degree in Literature and Veterinary Science. I later earned an associates degree in Early Childhood Education from the Community College of Vermont.

MY CAREER: Throughout high school and beyond I worked as a PIZZA chef (YUM!) Later in life, prior to starting a family I worked as a surgical veterinary technician in a busy animal hospital in Northern Florida. I left my career in medicine to become a stay at home mom. During this period I became actively interested in education and worked on a degree to ensure that I could actively and enthusiastically participate in developing young minds.

OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL:   I am super-busy! I love to hike, practice the art of yoga, I paint, read and write and I spend all the rest of my fun time with my favorite people (my kiddos).
