• The MUHS Summer School Program will be in its twentieth year this summer!  The focus of this program is on remediation, allowing students who have failed a course (or not yet proficient) during the 2018-2019 school year the opportunity to complete work, resulting in an improved final grade.  Many students may also elect to repeat classes that they earned a C- or below, allowing them to improve their final grade as well.  Student athletes may repeat a course to become eligible to play a sport in the fall. This program gives students the opportunity to improve their academic standing and the chance to master material to be better prepared to continue on in the curriculum.  Students can complete just one course during Summer School.  This year, the program will run from Monday, July 1st to Thursday, August 1st.  Classes will meet Monday through Thursday, from 8:30am to 12:00pm.

Classes will be offered in the four core content areas; these include English, Math, Science, and Individuals and Societies.  The classes offered are dependent upon student enrollment.

We are also excited to offer health, as well as physical education, to rising grade 11 and grade 12 students.   Students can earn their health credit during this five-week session.  Physical education class will run from 8:30am to 10:00am and students can earn 0.5 credit.  It is important that students register as soon as possible so we can determine which classes will be offered this summer.
