A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:
MY HOMETOWN: I was born in Lackawanna, NY. I have lived in 6 different states. Growing up I attended five elementary schools and two different secondary schools. I currently live in Bridport, Vermont.
MY EDUCATION: I graduated from Burlington High School in Burlington, Vermont. I went on to attend the University of Vermont where I earned a BA in Speech Pathology and Audiology. I completed one year of education towards a Master’s Degree in my field at the University of Arizona, Tucson.
MY CAREER: I have a background in hospitality, working in everything from retail to restaurants. I have worked in childcare, spent time assisting the program goals of the Brattleboro Retreat and have even Painted Ceramic Tiles for a living!
OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL: As If school does not keep me busy enough, I also work for Benoit Trucking, Inc. I am an active member-volunteer on the Town line First Response Squad. I enjoy family gatherings and keep my brain limber and alert reading and completing puzzles as often as I am able. Folks might be surprised to learn that not only do I work out my mind but ZUMBA keeps my body fit and young!
MY FAVORITE SUBJECT(s) IN SCHOOL WERE: ALL OF THEM! I just loved being in school and learning.
