Who Do I Contact?

We want to help answer your concerns, inquiries, questions, and suggestions. Use this  guide to help determine who to reach out to with questions or concerns about:

Your child:

  • First, contact their teacher/coach/counselor (directory here). If unresolved >>
  • Reach out to the principal (use the directory or find the school phone number below). If unresolved >>
  • Reach out to the Superintendent/Department Director. If unresolved >>
  • Reach out to the School Board. The school board is responsible for governance. They always welcome public comment at board meetings. However, it is most effective to begin with the person or department who can best answer your questions. 

A school or district issue:

If the department cannot resolve your question/concern >>

  • Reach out to the Superintendent. If still unresolved >>

Student safety:

Please report, and encourage your child to report, any safety concerns to the principal or a trusted school adult immediately. You can also always submit a concern anonymously through the VT School Safety Tip Line online, or by calling 844-723-3488, or by texting Safe4VT to 274637.

Bullying, harassment, harm, or violence:

Please contact your school principal (use the directory or find the school phone number below).
