We want to help answer your concerns, questions, and suggestions. Use this guide to help determine who to reach out to with questions or concerns about:
Your child:
- First, contact their teacher/coach/counselor (directory here). If unresolved >>
- Reach out to the principal (use the directory or find the school phone number below). If unresolved >>
- Reach out to the Superintendent/Department Director. If unresolved >>
- Reach out to the School Board. The school board is responsible for governance. They always welcome public comment at board meetings. However, it is most effective to begin with the person or department who can best answer your questions.
A school or district issue:
- First, contact the department most related to your question/concern:
- Curriculum or professional development
- Please note that you can read our curriculum overviews for the Primary Years Program (PYP) here and the Middle Years Program (MYP) here.
- Student services including special education, IEPs, and intervention.
- Operations including Facilities, Budget, Technology, or Food Service.
- Human Resources, Payroll or Benefits.
- Athletics or Activities for MUMS or MUHS.
- Curriculum or professional development
