FY2027 Budget Development Process

Our FY27 Budget development process began in October and will conclude in January 2026. A final budget is presented to the ACSD School Board in January for approval. Once approved by the ACSD Board, the FY27 Budget is sent to the voters to approve on Town Meeting Day, Tuesday, March 3, 2026.  We are working to create a spending plan that protects and preserves the trust of our voters, advances the work outlined in our Strategic Plan, and honors the values that have led to widespread and historic support for public education within our ACSD community. Upcoming/Ongoing Public Engagment Opportunities:

  • ACSD Board meetings: The public is always welcome to attend and offer public comment at any Board or committee meeting. Information and links about ACSD Board meetings can be found here and committee meetings can be found here. Upcoming meetings of note.

  • ACSD 2025-26 Town Halls are opportunities for the Board and public to gather for an open and informal conversation. Community members from all ACSD towns are welcome to attend these in-person meetings. Upcoming Town Halls:

    • January 7th at 6pm at Shoreham Elementary School

    • January 15th at 6pm at Salisbury Community School
