A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

MY HOMETOWN: I grew up in Deerfield, NY, a suburban area in central New York State. 

MY EDUCATION: I went to elementary school in Deerfield and attended Whitesboro High School. I received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and my master’s in Communication Disorders from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. 

MY CAREER: I have worked as an SLP for over 20 years! Upon graduation from UMN, I moved back East and worked with students of all ages K-12 at Addison Northwest Supervisory Union and the Stern Center for Language and Learning. I shifted to private practice after my first daughter was born, eventually forming Little City Speech and Language, LLC, to provide pediatric speech-language services with a focus on the birth to 3 population. I am excited to join ACSD this year to work with kindergarten and preschool students!

OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL: I live in Vergennes with my husband, four children, and our cats, chickens, and ducks. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being on the water in any type of boat, exploring trails and parks, and playing piano.
