ACSD is a member of the Vermont Student Privacy Alliance, which is a chapter of the Student Data Privacy Consortium.  This initiative is supported by the Vermont Agency Of Education. The purpose of this initiative is to protect student data privacy by having software vendors sign an AOE-developed contract that identifies what data is being collected, how it is used by the vendor, and what will happen to the data upon termination of usage of the product.
