• For my prior 10 years at MUMS (minus a 1-year leave of absence) I was a core science teacher.  I arrived at MUMS after a year in Burlington at Hunt Middle School.  Before that I taught in Melrose and Boston, Massachusetts, Honolulu, Hawaii, and Krasnoyarsk, Russia.  This year I move into a new role as STEM teacher.

I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and attended Merricmack College and the Unversity of Hawaii at Manoa.  It was at UH I recieved my Bacherlors of Science in Animal Sciences.  From there I moved to Russia for a year where I taught and did research at the Siberian Branch of the Russian Institute of Biophysics.  I eventually earned my MEd at the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
