Meet with all 8th graders in groups to discuss their transition to the high school and begin the course selection process.
Evening presentation for 8th grade parents to discuss the course selection process and provide an overview of 9th grade course offerings.
9th Grade
9th Grade Orientation to assist students in making the adjustment to the high school
Coordinate the 9th Grade Day at Breadloaf
Meet with students to begin developing Personalized Learning Plans which include 4-year academic plans
Support students through the course registration process
10th Grade
Meet with all 10th grade students to introduce Naviance and administer the Career Interest Profiler portion of Naviance and explore career information
Coordinate and assist with 10th grade visits to the Hannaford Career Center
Support students through the course registration process
11th Grade
Meet with 11th grade students regarding the fall College Fair and PSAT Exam and results
Take all interested 11th grade students to the College Fair in Burlington
Administer the PSAT Exam
Meet with 11th grade students to talk about the college search process and standardized testing (SAT, SAT Subject Tests, ACT and AP exams) for the college admission process
Introduce the College Search and Planning tools on Naviance
Meet with students individually to review graduation requirements, future planning and to select courses
Coordinate college admissions representative visits to MUHS
Sponsor VSAC Financial Aid Information Night
College Information Night for 11th and 12th grade students/families to discuss the college search and application process
Available to meet with both students and parents on an individual basis to talk about the post secondary planning process
12th Grade
Meet with all 12th grade students individually to discuss post secondary plans, assist in the college application process and review standardized testing (SAT, SAT Subject Tests, ACT and AP exams) for college admissions
Coordinate college admissions representative visits to MUHS
College Information Night for 11th and 12th grade students/families to discuss the college search and application process
Sponsor VSAC Financial Aid Information Night
VSAC Financial Aid Forms Nights – individual assistance for parents and students to complete financial aid forms
Assist students with scholarship information and application processes

Coordinates Flexible Pathways Opportunities including: Dual Enrollment and Early College
Coordinates the Hugh O’Brien Leadership Seminar selection
Updates NCAA Eligibility Center school information
Consults with principals regarding master schedule
Works on student schedules following the creation of the Master Schedule to achieve balance in class numbers
Serves on the high school EST (Educational Support Team)
