Mary Hogan School - Meal Program
Meals "to go" are offered daily at each elementary school. Breakfast and lunch are free to all children ages 18 and under through the end of the school year. Each elementary school website will have a link to the daily order form which will be open from 3 p.m. on the previous day until 9 a.m. on the day families wish to pick up. If you do not have access to the website you can order meals by calling the school kitchen by 9 a.m. Meals will be available to pick up each day at the elementary school between 12:30 and 1 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The pickup time on Wednesdays will be 1:15 to 1:45.
Middlebury Union High School will continue to have a pick up available from 9-9:30 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. These meal distributions will include breakfast and lunch for 3 days. The link to the MUMS and MUHS order form will be on the MUMS and MUHS website and must be filled out by Thursday of the previous week.
Families may elect to choose a pickup time location that is most convenient regardless of which school their children attend. Please note that the current pickup schedule and ordering procedure is in effect through October 9. Updated order forms for the new pickup schedule will be available on October 8. To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027), found online at How to File A Complaint and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
